Eshtehard Factory Private Office

Executive Presence

This private office commission within the Eshtehard Factory complex presented a compelling design challenge: carving out a refined, executive-level workspace within a working industrial environment on the outskirts of Karaj. The brief called for a space that would communicate authority and professionalism while remaining fully functional for the demands of factory management.

The design solution layers premium materials — dark wood panelling, stone surfaces, and custom metal details — against a restrained, neutral palette. Acoustic consideration was paramount, ensuring the office provides genuine reprieve from the factory floor while maintaining visual connection to operations through carefully positioned glazing.
