Private Office Hitra Building

Professional Calm

This private office commission within the prestigious Hitra Building in Velenjak, northern Tehran, was a study in understated professionalism. The client required a workspace that would reflect their standing and aesthetic sensibility — a space elegant enough for high-level client meetings, yet functional enough for intensive daily work.

The design response prioritises calm and focus above all. A palette of warm stone tones, dark timber accents, and soft ambient lighting creates an environment that feels authoritative without being oppressive. Every surface and detail was carefully resolved, from bespoke joinery to the considered placement of art and lighting.
