The Quin Project in Dusseldorf, Germany, represents a rare opportunity — to bring a deeply considered Iranian design perspective to a European residential context. Working for an internationally relocated client who wished to carry a sense of cultural identity into their new home, the brief was to create an interior that felt both globally sophisticated and personally meaningful.

The design responds to Dusseldorf's characteristic light — colder and more diffuse than Tehran — with a palette of warm materials and layered textiles that counterbalance the northern European environment. The result is a home that is unmistakably contemporary and European in its spatial organisation, yet warm, layered, and personal in its materiality and detail.
