The Velenjak Office
Project Overview
Precision & Calm
Located in the Homa Building within Tehran's prestigious Velenjak district, this residential interior project was conceived around an elegant simplicity — warm neutrals, natural light, and a quiet continuity of materials that carry through every room. The open-plan living areas flow effortlessly into kitchen and dining spaces, while the children's rooms balance playful character with refined restraint.
A palette of cream, stone, and pale timber runs throughout, anchored by carefully chosen furniture forms and artworks that feel both collected and intentional.
