The Saadatabad Home

Refined Living

Nestled in the prestigious Saadatabad district of northern Tehran, this residential project sets a new standard for contemporary family living. The design philosophy centres on the seamless integration of natural materials — stone, wood, and soft textiles — within a clean architectural framework that celebrates volume and natural light.

Every space was carefully considered to balance the warmth of a family home with the sophistication expected of the Saadatabad address. Custom joinery, curated art selections, and bespoke lighting schemes give each room its distinct character while maintaining a coherent visual language throughout.
